Drink Up, Summer is Almost Over: Peach Smoothie August 9, 2010

 Ingredients:

-1 cup peach yogurt

-3/4 cup peach nectar

-1/2 cup frozen raspberries

-1 1/2 cups frozen diced peaches

Directions:

  • throw in a blender and blend til drinkable ­čśÇ

Alterations:

  • use rasperry yogurt instead of peach

OR

  • use 1 1/2 cups rasperries and only 1/2 cup peaches

Like Being in Love for the First Time Mint & Fruit Salad June 7, 2010

Though this seems like the typical fruit salad, it’s spiced up a little. Yet, still simple.

Ingredients:

1/8 cup mango fruit juice (you can buy this in the store)

1/4 cup mint leaves chopped

Mango

Bananas

Strawberries

Blueberries

Blackberries

Watermelon

Any addition fruit of juice.

Directions:

Combine and serve, chilled.
